March 25th marked Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) Awareness day, so I wanted to share my story to help with awareness for FNDaction.org.uk

Parenting is tough- absolutely! Balancing time, energy, feeding arrangements, sleep deprivation etc... there's a heck of a lot to suddenly manage. When you add being a parent with disabilities or long term health issues, things can get a lot trickier to manage...

I've been slowly working my way through an adult Paint by Numbers set and enjoying some tranquility! (I was kindly gifted a kit from Winnie's Picks in return for a fair review)
